Lil Nas X’s bundle of joy, “Montero,” has arrived. And he’s using it to elevate a pair of local HIV and LGBTQ advocacy groups.

The rapper and singer’s “baby registry” links each of the album’s tracks to a different group. He encourages fans to learn about them and donate.

“Life After Salem” directs to a page for The Normal Anomaly, an organization centering Black, queer people to overcome barriers, end stigma and problematic narratives to create a new normal. It was founded in 2016 by Ian L. Haddock and offers free mobile/at-home HIV testing,  employment services and more. The Normal Anomaly has received almost two dozen donations within a week.

Also included is Organización Latina de Trans en Texas (OLTT), a Houston-based organization of trans women and allies that works toward visibility, protection and well-being.

The “Montero” rollout also included a video for “That’s What I Want” that features a “Brokeback Mountain” homage, a Billy Porter cameo and a pointed call for safe sex.

“Dolla Sign Slime,” another song from “Montero,” features a quick verse from Houston’s Megan Thee Stallion. The album also includes Miley Cyrus, Elton John and Doja Cat.
